Rapper Afroman is back in court, this time as the plaintiff. He has filed a malicious prosecution lawsuit against former Adams County Sheriff's Sgt. Brian Newland. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper claims Newland's earlier defamation case was baseless, causing him financial losses and emotional distress.
