Elaine Chao, the wife of Senator Mitch McConnell, was seen in public for the first time since his hospitalization. The former U.S. Secretary of Labor was spotted on Tuesday making a low-key exit from the rehabilitation center where the 84-year-old Kentucky senator is recovering. She wore a face mask and kept her head down as she quickly got into a waiting car.
