The state autopsy of Nolan Wells, the 18-year-old who went missing in early July, has officially been completed, but the results have not been released to the public. According to NBC News, the Mississippi State Medical Examiner's Office finished the procedure on July 7 and has reached its conclusions, but has not shared them with the public, the family, or their attorney, Ben Crump.
