U.S. Representative Thomas Massie has announced he will not run for the Senate seat being vacated by Mitch McConnell. In a recent interview, he jokingly compared his time in Congress to a prison sentence, saying he's already served his time in the House and has no desire to move to another "cell" in the Senate.
