Adrien Broner Sued for Sexual Battery, Assault

Former multi-weight-class boxing champion Adrien Broner is facing serious legal trouble: a woman named Havana Saint has filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery and assault. The suit alleges that Broner pressured her into sexual acts and engaged in non-consensual behavior.

According to the court documents, the incidents began on June 2, 2026, when Saint and her friends were invited to an after-party. She claims Broner encouraged her to drink heavily, and she ended up staying at his home because she was too intoxicated to drive. It was there, she says, that Broner began pressuring her for oral sex and other acts.

Saint states that she repeatedly said no, emphasizing that she is not interested in men and prefers women. However, Broner allegedly persisted, and the next day, when she returned to his house, he expressed anger that they hadn't been intimate, even trying to drag her upstairs. She refused and again told him she wasn't interested.

The situation escalated on June 8, when Saint encountered Broner again at a livestream residence in Los Angeles. She claims he physically pulled or dragged her out and took her to his home in Encino, where he once again pressured her for sex. The next morning, she says, Broner doused her with ice water during a livestream, causing her humiliation and emotional distress.

Importantly, Saint insists that she and Broner never had sex. However, she alleges that Broner made comments on livestreams suggesting otherwise, including saying she had made him ejaculate. These statements, she claims, damaged her reputation.

In addition to Broner, the lawsuit names Nurideen Shabazz, also known as DeenTheGreat, who allegedly made defamatory statements, claiming Saint had slept with multiple people at the livestream residence. Saint is also suing the streaming platform Kick for negligence, as the incidents occurred in connection with its content.

Saint is seeking damages from Broner for sexual battery and assault, and from both Broner and Shabazz for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit suggests that Broner's behavior was part of a pattern, making him particularly dangerous.

At the time of publication, Broner's representatives had not responded to requests for comment. The situation is developing, and given the athlete's high profile, this case is likely to attract significant public attention. Similar accusations against celebrities often lead to lengthy legal battles, and the outcome will be important for both Saint and Broner's reputation.
