Annemarie Wiley Accuses NFL Star Husband of Rape, Files for Divorce

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Annemarie Wiley has filed for divorce from her husband, former NFL player Marcellus Wiley, and requested a restraining order following his recent arrest for domestic violence. According to court documents, Annemarie is asking the court to order Marcellus to stay 100 yards away from her and grant her exclusive use of their Los Angeles home.

The move comes after Marcellus was arrested over the weekend when Annemarie claimed he got physical with her in a Florida hotel room. Marcellus denied the allegations but was arrested for domestic violence. In her declaration, Annemarie alleged that Marcellus subjected her to a “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation.”

She stated, “Because of the trauma associated with many of these events, there are gaps in my memory, as I have blocked out much of what Marcellus has done to me.” She claimed Marcellus raped her in 2012 while intoxicated and tried to sleep with two of her friends that same year. In 2014, she said he punched her in the face, giving her a black eye. She also alleged that when she was nine months pregnant in 2019, he threw a bottle of Coca-Cola at her head.

Annemarie further claimed that in August 2025, he struck her in the face with his shoes, and in January 2026, he dragged her out of bed, berated her, and hit her on the head. “He then raped me, telling me that I was his property and that I had to do what he said.” She said he raped her a second time that same day and again two days later. Additionally, she alleged that Marcellus borrowed $100,000 from her and hasn't repaid it, while also running up her credit card bill to $100,000. She stated she fears for her life and desperately needs a restraining order.

Annemarie also filed for divorce seeking custody of their three children. She listed the date of marriage as February 7, 2024, and the date of separation as “TBD.” She is also asking for spousal support. The court has yet to rule on the requests.

The scandal involving Marcellus Wiley, a former NFL star known for his time with several teams, has drawn media attention, especially given his recent arrest. The case continues to develop as the public awaits the court's decision on the protective measures sought by Annemarie.
