Boat Sinks Near Alcatraz: One Dead, Two Missing

A tragic boating accident occurred Tuesday afternoon in San Francisco Bay, when a pleasure boat caught fire and sank near Alcatraz Island. One person died, two others are missing, and 16 were rescued.
