Clavicular Accuser Demands Kick Contract in Sex Assault Case

Clavicular Accuser Demands Kick Contract in Sex Assault Case

A woman suing streamer Clavicular for sexual battery is pushing through the courts to access his contract with streaming platform Kick. According to TMZ, lawyers for Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza have filed a request to force Kick to produce the documents, aiming to assess Clavicular's earnings.

Aleksandra Mendoza alleges that Clavicular, whose real name has not been disclosed, took advantage of her underage status, plied her with alcohol, and had sex with her. She also claims he injected her face with Aqualyx, a non-FDA-approved substance, without holding a medical license. The injection allegedly occurred during one of his live streams.

In recent court filings, Mendoza states she is still waiting for Kick to hand over the contract. She also asserts she has witnesses to back her claims. The filings emphasize that Clavicular is an adult with over one million followers who, she believes, deliberately targeted a vulnerable minor from a troubled background.

Clavicular has previously denied all allegations through his lawyer, Steve Kramer. "These are allegations only and remain unproven. Clavicular denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself," Kramer told TMZ.

The case unfolds amid growing scrutiny of streamers and their incomes. The Kick contract could reveal how much Clavicular earns from broadcasts, which would become a key argument in the lawsuit. Mendoza's legal team insists the financial data is necessary to calculate potential damages if liability is established.

This incident has already sparked widespread discussion within the streaming community and among Clavicular's fans. Many are debating the ethics of the streamer's behavior and how platforms should respond to such accusations. Kick has not yet issued an official statement regarding the request.

If the court grants the motion, the contract will be handed over to the plaintiff, potentially setting a precedent for similar cases. Meanwhile, Clavicular continues to deny all charges, and his career remains in jeopardy.
