Dorit Kemsley Accused of Failing to Renew Kids' Passports Before European Trip

According to new court documents, Paul's attorney sent a letter to Dorit's lawyer on July 7, claiming that both children's passports had expired. Dorit, it is alleged, was aware of her ex-husband's intention to spend time with the kids in Europe but took no steps to update the documents.

The letter also states that Dorit went on an extended European vacation, leaving the children in Florida with her parents and nanny. Paul's attorney emphasizes that his client was not informed of the travel dates, duration, living arrangements, or return date. Furthermore, Paul was not provided with a parenting schedule, which prevented him from planning time with the children.

In response, Paul's attorney demanded that Dorit confirm the status of passport renewals, disclose her return date, and provide information about the children's care during her absence. These demands were formally submitted to the court.

Earlier, Paul had asked a judge to grant him sole authority to sell their shared Los Angeles mansion, claiming it was on the brink of foreclosure and accusing Dorit of prioritizing her European vacation over the family's financial troubles.

Dorit's attorney responded with an email promising a more detailed reply after handling other legal matters. Dorit herself has not commented, as she did not respond to media requests.
