DreamDoll Brii Deadly Shooting: Cousin Dies In Hospital

The tragedy that shocked social media has taken another turn: the victim of Sunday's shooting in Florida was not only influencer DreamDoll Brii, but also her cousin. According to the Miramar Police Department, Arthur “A.J.” Lee Johnson III died in the hospital from critical injuries sustained during the ambush.

As previously reported, Brianna Johnson, known as DreamDoll Brii, was fatally shot early Sunday morning after leaving a party in Miramar. Two passengers were in her car, both rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Now it has been confirmed that one of them—her cousin—did not survive.

According to police, the incident occurred around 5:30 AM. Brianna and two companions were riding in a neon green Lamborghini SUV when a white sedan pulled alongside the driver's side and opened fire, striking all three occupants. The SUV continued for about a block before crashing into a stop sign at an intersection.

Police responded after receiving a ShotSpotter alert and found the crashed vehicle. All three victims were taken to nearby hospitals in critical condition. Brianna was later pronounced dead. Now authorities have confirmed a second victim has died; the third survived, though no further details about their condition were released.

Miramar Police Chief Delrish Moss previously stated that detectives are working to determine whether the Lamborghini was followed before the shooting. Investigators have not identified or arrested any suspects, but they have received numerous tips and are combing through each one.

DreamDoll Brii had built a significant following online, amassing over 370,000 TikTok followers and 85,000 on Instagram. She was best known for her viral song “Bend Ova,” which became a popular sound on TikTok. Both she and her cousin were just 21 years old—a senseless loss that has sparked grief among fans and raised questions about street violence in the U.S.
