Ex-JPMorgan Banker Fires Back at Former Boss He Accused of Sexual Harassment

A former JPMorgan banker who accused his boss of sexual abuse admits he posted a complaint online against another employer, but says he did so to cover his tracks out of fear. According to new court documents, the man is pushing back on claims by Lorna Hajdini, the JPMorgan executive he sued.

Hajdini previously alleged that the banker visited a legal advice site and accused a supervisor at Morgan Stanley of similar misconduct, including drugging, sexual assault, and rape, as part of a scheme for personal gain. The banker admits using the site and making the claims appear to involve Morgan Stanley, but insists he was actually describing his alleged experience with Hajdini at JPMorgan and camouflaged the details because he feared retaliation.

Hajdini also claimed the banker lied about his father's death to take bereavement leave. He admits his biological father is alive but denies any impropriety regarding his time off. The banker is not backing off his central allegations: in May 2025, he filed an internal complaint with JPMorgan detailing race and gender discrimination and what he calls a pattern of 'abhorrent sexual abuse' by Hajdini.

As previously reported, the banker claimed she forced him to participate in 'non-consensual' and 'humiliating' sex acts. He says other individuals have submitted statements supporting his claims and criticizes Hajdini's charitable work, arguing good deeds don't mean she couldn't have sexually harassed or assaulted him.

Earlier, TMZ reported that Hajdini countersued the banker for defamation and libel, accusing him of spinning a 'salacious narrative' to destroy her reputation and squeeze millions from her and JPMorgan. She denies all his allegations. The case continues to develop, drawing attention to sexual harassment issues in the financial sector.
