Godzilla Actress Kaylee Hottle's Fatal Crash: New Photos Show Wrecked Car

New photos from the scene of the fatal car crash that killed 18-year-old actress Kaylee Hottle, known for her role as Jia in 'Godzilla vs. Kong' and 'Godzilla and Kong: The New Empire', have shocked the public. The images, obtained by TMZ, show that the car she was riding in sustained critical damage.

In the photos, the severely damaged 1995 Honda Accord is loaded on a flatbed tow truck. The front end of the car is almost completely caved in, the hood is crumpled, and the bumper is twisted. Grass and mud are packed around the front passenger-side wheel, where the tire appears to have separated from the rim, and the windshield is cracked on the same side.

Police believe that speeding was a factor in the crash, which explains the severity of the damage. Earlier photos of the car from the side showed a smashed hood, damaged door, missing hubcaps, and heavily damaged tires.

As previously reported, the crash occurred early Monday morning in Maryland. Authorities say Kaylee was a passenger in the single-vehicle accident. The 19-year-old driver, identified as Kaylee's friend, suffered injuries not believed to be life-threatening, while another passenger declined treatment at the scene.

Immediately after the crash, it was reported that Kaylee was unconscious. Rescuers at the scene tried to find an American Sign Language interpreter to reach her family. Kaylee, a deaf actress from Atlanta, was just 18 years old.

Kaylee Hottle rose to fame with her roles in two Godzilla films. Her death has devastated fans and colleagues, who are expressing condolences on social media.
