Justin Baldoni Moves to Nashville Amid Blake Lively Legal Battle

Actor Justin Baldoni, at the center of a high-profile legal dispute with Blake Lively, has made a radical decision: he, along with his wife Emily and their children, left California and relocated to Nashville, Tennessee. Sources say the family hopes to find peace and privacy after two years of scandals and courtroom battles linked to the film "It Ends With Us."

The move came shortly after the couple broke their silence in an emotional Instagram video, where they spoke about the pain and "injustice" they have experienced. A source close to the pair claims the statement was not a carefully orchestrated PR move but a spur-of-the-moment decision by Baldoni to get things off his chest and start living a normal life.

According to Daily Mail, one of the main reasons for the move was concern for their children's safety: their home address in Ojai was allegedly doxxed twice by Lively's legal team. "They have kids and wanted privacy and to get away from the noise," the insider explained, adding that the "public spectacle" should never have escalated this far.

In their video message, Emily admitted they have much to say but are not ready to share all the details yet. She also expressed bewilderment at how the situation was framed as a fight for women's rights. The couple emphasized that despite gratitude for support, the ordeal has left deep scars.

However, the legal battles between Baldoni and Lively are not over. One contentious issue is attorney fees: Lively is seeking approximately $8.3 million to cover legal costs after significant portions of Baldoni's defamation claim were dismissed. Baldoni's attorney, Ellyn Garofalo, called the request excessive, pointing to duplicated work and overstaffing in the billing.

Judge Lewis Liman is expected to rule on the matter, but both sides are waiting for the next chapter. Baldoni himself, according to sources, is in no rush to publicly discuss Lively or the lawsuit again: "He's ready to move on and enjoy life." The move to Nashville seems to symbolize a new beginning for the couple, far from the Hollywood spotlight.
