Kim Kardashian Seeks Extended Restraining Order Against Stalker with Plan B

Kim Kardashian is asking a court to extend a restraining order against Nicholas Costanza, a man she claims sent her emergency contraception pills and a diamond ring. Her lawyers argue that Costanza remains dangerously obsessed and has continued to violate the court order.

The current order expires Wednesday, and attorneys Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels have filed to renew it. They state that since the order was issued in July 2021, Costanza's 'delusional beliefs, anger and obsession have not improved.' They allege he has sent Kardashian numerous messages over the years in defiance of the order.

According to Kardashian, Costanza has tweeted at her approximately 80 times, calling himself her 'soulmate' and claiming they are meant to start a family. The messages include references to her as 'Kimberly Babe' and explicit statements about his intentions.

A particularly alarming incident occurred in September 2024, when Costanza allegedly unlawfully entered a house he claimed he bought with Kardashian and demanded via social media that she meet him there with her family. He posted threats against her mother and sisters if she did not comply.

Two days after those posts, Nicholas Costanza was arrested on charges including stalking, possession of methamphetamine, and burglary. Kardashian notes that Costanza had previously shown up at her home multiple times in 2021, leading to the original restraining order.

The initial order was granted after Costanza sent Kardashian a package containing Plan B and a diamond ring. Now, Kim Kardashian seeks a five-year renewal and wants the order to also protect her family members, including her mother Kris Jenner and sisters.

This case highlights the ongoing issue of celebrity stalking and the need for robust legal protections. Kardashian's legal team emphasizes that extending the order is crucial for her safety and that of her loved ones.
