Model Scout Daniel Siad, Tied to Jeffrey Epstein, Found Dead

French model scout Daniel Siad, who for years introduced young models to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has been found dead at his home near Paris. The Nanterre prosecutor's office confirmed the discovery, but the cause and circumstances of death remain unclear.

According to CNN, Siad's body was found on Monday. The death occurred under unexplained circumstances, and an investigation is currently underway. Siad and Epstein were friends and business associates for over a decade, and Siad himself admitted to arranging meetings between Epstein and numerous models.

Notably, Siad continued to associate with Epstein even after his 2008 conviction for sex crimes. He claimed Epstein assured him he had changed and that he believed Epstein was a casting director for Victoria's Secret and a major modeling agency. In an interview, Siad said: 'I trusted him and believed this guy was a professional person. I never heard anything from anyone I introduced to him who came back to me that they had a bad situation.'

However, two women who claim Siad introduced them to Epstein told CNN that Epstein abused them. Siad's name appears more than 2,000 times in the so-called 'Epstein Files' — released documents related to the billionaire's case. In correspondence, Siad sent Epstein photos of models who could potentially serve as his assistants, and on one Epstein replied she was 'Too old.'

In addition to his connection to Epstein, Siad faced his own legal troubles: he was accused of rape dating back to 1990. The case was under investigation at the time of his death. Siad's death comes amid ongoing public scrutiny of Epstein's circle and associates, many of whom are facing consequences years after the exposure.
