N3on Sues Goli Nutrition Over Use of His Image

Popular streamer and blogger N3on (real name Mikyle Rafiq) has filed a lawsuit against supplement company Goli Nutrition. The reason is the unauthorized use of his image in a promotional video for gummy vitamins, as reported by TMZ, citing court documents.

According to the documents, Goli Nutrition posted a promo on its Instagram page featuring N3on's face with captions like "WHY everybody meets SAME PROBLEM," "testosterone," and "ashwagandha." The ad promoted Goli Ashwagandha Gummies, which the company claims help lower cortisol, ease anxiety, and improve sleep.

The blogger alleges that the company violated his right to control the use of his name, image, and likeness, and created a false impression that he endorses the product. N3on says the ad exploits his "hard-earned fame and goodwill to lend false credibility" to the gummies.

With over one million YouTube subscribers and 1.5 million Instagram followers, N3on's audience could be a significant factor in the legal proceedings. The lawsuit claims misappropriation of likeness and false endorsement.

As of now, Goli Nutrition has not responded to requests for comment. This is not the first time celebrities have sued supplement makers over image use, but for N3on it's a major step in protecting his rights.

Legal experts suggest such cases often end in out-of-court settlements, but if it goes to trial, Goli Nutrition could face significant financial and reputational damage.
