Nolan Wells' Friend Sends OnlyFans Model Legal Threat
Bart Edmiston Jr., a friend of the late Nolan Wells, has hired a lawyer and launched a legal offensive against OnlyFans model Kymbra Li. The trigger was her social media posts accusing Bart of involvement in Nolan's death.
Bart's attorney, Russell Latino, sent Li a cease-and-desist letter demanding she stop defaming him. The five-page document claims Li falsely stated that Bart helped cause Nolan's death and participated in a cover-up. It also alleges Li published Bart's address, photos of his home, and information about his family's workplaces, exposing them to harassment and danger.
Latino demands Li make all Bart-related posts private, preserve them as evidence, and issue a public apology. She has five business days to comply, but the lawyer says a lawsuit may follow regardless. 'I love when little dogs think they are big dogs. I anticipate at least two more such notices going out by the end of the week,' Latino said.
Bart hired the attorney amid a wave of online accusations linking him to Nolan Wells' death. His family says he voluntarily handed over his phone, photos, videos, boat, and GPS data to investigators. Law enforcement has not named Bart a suspect or person of interest, contrary to Li's claims.
Kymbra Li is a social media personality with a presence on OnlyFans and other platforms. Her sensational statements have drawn attention to the case but may now lead to legal consequences. Experts note that such digital disputes are becoming more common, especially around high-profile deaths.
It remains unclear how Li will respond to the ultimatum. If she fails to comply, Bart could sue for defamation and invasion of privacy. The Nolan Wells case continues to generate scandalous details, and this episode only fuels public interest.
