North West's Tour Quietly Canceled: What Happened?
Fans of North West, the 13-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, got some bad news: her debut tour appears to have been canceled. The young star was set to hit the road with 21-year-old rapper Molly Santana for a series of concerts across North America. However, tickets for most shows have become unavailable, and some dates are now marked as canceled.
The tour was announced in June, when North revealed she would co-headline the Molly x North Kimokawaii Tour with Molly Santana. This was expected to be North's first major concert experience, coming just a month after she released her debut project, N0rth4evr. The tour was scheduled to begin on August 5 in Dallas and wrap up on August 27 in Los Angeles, covering 14 cities, including Houston, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, and Toronto.
However, signs of trouble appeared on ticketing platforms. On Ticketmaster, several shows—including Dallas, Houston, and Toronto—are now listed as canceled. Live Nation's website also notes that there are "no upcoming shows" for North. On AXS, while not all dates are marked canceled, tickets cannot be purchased; attempting to buy triggers an error message.
Neither North, Molly Santana, nor Kim Kardashian have commented on the situation. Ticketmaster only issued a standard notice saying the event organizer had to cancel the event and that refunds would be processed within 14–21 days. This doesn't explain the reasons behind the cancellation. Fans are speculating whether it's due to logistical issues, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons.
For North West, this tour would have been a significant milestone in her budding music career. She has dabbled in creative projects before, appearing in her parents' music videos and on stage, but a full tour is a different level of commitment. Given her young age, it's possible that the adults involved decided to step back to protect her from the pressures of touring. Still, many fans are disappointed, especially those who had already purchased tickets and made summer plans.
Now, everyone is waiting for an official statement from the Kardashian-West camp. It's possible the tour could be rescheduled or permanently called off. For now, it seems North West's summer concerts won't happen, and fans will have to keep an eye on social media for updates.
