Paris Jackson's Legal War with Michael Jackson's Estate Continues

Paris Jackson, daughter of the late Michael Jackson, is once again embroiled in a legal battle with the executor of her father's estate. This time, the dispute centers on sealing documents related to her objections to the executor's fee requests.

In recently filed court documents, obtained by TMZ, Paris criticizes John Branca's motion to seal certain papers. She argues that the move is designed to protect his reputation rather than serve the interests of the estate.

Branca, for his part, claims that making the information public could harm future business dealings and give ammunition to adversaries. He also dismisses Paris's assertions that she remains largely in the dark about the estate's finances, calling them 'inflammatory rhetoric.'

Paris has repeatedly pointed out that the estate remains open years later due to the executor's management style. She also noted that a judge previously sided with her in blocking bonus payments to third-party law firms.

According to her calculations, John Branca and the late John McClain were paid over $120 million for their work over 13 years, while she and her brothers received comparatively little. The executors counter that the heirs have already received millions, and the recent biopic about Michael Jackson grossed over $1 billion.

Paris is asking the court to deny Branca's request to keep certain information confidential, insisting on transparency. This is just the latest chapter in a long-running legal saga that has spanned over a decade.
