RHOC Star Jennifer Pedranti Says Son Started Fire in California

Jennifer Pedranti, a star of the hit reality show “The Real Housewives of Orange County” (RHOC), has confirmed that her son was involved in starting a brush fire in Southern California. The incident took place on Tuesday in the hills of Ladera Ranch, with the blaze covering about seven acres.

In her Instagram Stories, the reality TV personality addressed rumors about her child’s involvement. Pedranti confirmed that her son and several other kids were involved, emphasizing that she and her ex-husband, Will Pedranti, take the matter very seriously.

“This is a tough learning moment for our son and our family,” Jennifer wrote, apologizing to the local community. Fortunately, no one was injured and there was no serious property damage. She praised the firefighters and police, saying they taught the boys a lesson they will never forget.

Pedranti added that her son will face consequences: he will take a fire safety course and also face disciplinary measures at home. According to law enforcement, no arrests were made in connection with the incident.

While it might seem that Jennifer’s son got off easy, sources in law enforcement say this is standard practice: minors who start fires without causing property damage are typically not charged criminally but are instead required to attend safety classes.

Jennifer and her children used to live in the Ladera Ranch neighborhood but relocated about a year ago. Jennifer and Will share five children: sons Harrison, Dawson, Greyson, and Dominic, and daughter Everleigh. She did not specify which son was involved.
