In a Truth Social post on Saturday, Trump said he '100%' disagrees with Pirro's decision and questioned her office's move to dismiss the case. He insisted the damage was intentional, pointing to the '86 47' graffiti on the grass near the pool, which he called an anti-Trump reference.

'There may have been some contractor difficulty, but the major damage was caused by VANDALS!' Trump wrote. He also mentioned that the $14 million renovation he ordered was ruined due to public disorder.

However, on Friday, federal prosecutors conceded that the damage to the pool's lining was the result of a botched installation, not vandalism. This contradicts Trump's claims, as he had pushed for aggressive prosecution, including the arrest of Hearn, who merely touched a loose piece of the lining.

The new blue lining began peeling just two weeks after the project's completion, and the water turned green due to an algae bloom. Hearn pleaded not guilty, calling the charges 'outrageous' and warning about government overreach.
