Victoria Lee Robinson Files Restraining Order Against Tom Sandoval

Tom Sandoval's ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, has filed for a restraining order against the 'Vanderpump Rules' star, alleging multiple instances of physical violence. The most serious incident reportedly occurred on June 3 at a rented Hollywood Hills home where the couple and Victoria's father were living.

In court documents filed Thursday, Robinson claims Sandoval shoved her down hardwood stairs on August 30, 2025, causing visible injuries to her knees. She also accuses him of pushing her to the ground, elbowing her chest, locking her out of a hotel room, and ransacking her belongings during a separate incident in May 2026.

Robinson further alleges that Sandoval subjected her to verbal abuse, calling her 'stupid,' 'dumb,' and 'a coward,' while she was visiting her terminally ill grandfather in Nashville. She says he gaslighted and manipulated her throughout their relationship.

She is also seeking protection for her father, Will, who previously filed his own complaint. According to video evidence, during the June 3 altercation, Sandoval got in Victoria's face, and when Will intervened, Sandoval shoved him into a lit fire pit. Will claims he suffered a ruptured disc, broken thumb and elbow, and a cut heel.

However, a representative for Sandoval told TMZ that Victoria's request was immediately denied, and the court granted a restraining order against her and her father, ordering them to vacate the home. The rep stated that police reviewed all video evidence from that night and ruled in Sandoval's favor.

Victoria insists she has the right to stay in the house because her name is on the lease and she pays rent. She even offered to give up the jointly leased Mercedes to keep the residence. She is requesting a no-contact order and that Sandoval stay at least 100 yards away from her and her father.
