Former friend Bilaal Salaam is pushing to depose Smith as part of his lawsuit against Jada. According to court documents, Salaam emailed Jada's lawyer on July 7 with the request, but Jada's team rejected it, stating that Will is not a party to the litigation and has not received a subpoena.
