Chilling Mugshot: Fatal Crash Suspect Will Give You Goosebumps

Get ready for chills and goosebumps — the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department has arrested James Brewington Jr. The 61-year-old is accused of causing a fatal head-on collision in November 2025 that killed 41-year-old Dustin McLeod.

According to police, Brewington tried to pass a car turning right but swerved into oncoming traffic and hit another vehicle. The passenger, Dustin McLeod, was taken to Skyline Medical Center but sadly passed away from his injuries. He was only 41.

Nearly a year later, Brewington turned himself in on Thursday. He faces charges of vehicular homicide by reckless conduct, reckless endangerment, and three counts of aggravated assault. After booking, he gave one of the creepiest mugshots we've ever seen — take a look.
