Courtney Stodden, who married Doug Hutchinson at 16, is calling out past mistreatment. She recently revisited a 2012 Funny or Die sketch featuring Jason Alexander, where he made lewd jokes at her expense when she was 17.

In the sketch, Alexander's character Donny Clay groped her with his phone, making crude remarks about 'signal' in her chest, and joked about 'having his way' with her after she turned 18. Stodden noted she had no legal power to refuse: contracts were signed by adults, and the paycheck went to her then-husband.

“I see a 17-year-old girl whose body became part of an adult joke,” she said, emphasizing that even at 18, such behavior is unacceptable. She also called out Dr. Drew for exploiting her at 16 with a live ultrasound to check for breast implants, with payment going to her abuser.

Stodden is now an activist against child marriage laws in California, celebrating the unanimous passage of AB 1267 in the Senate Judiciary Committee. She hopes her story will be a turning point for protecting children.
