Courtney Stodden has thanked Jason Alexander after the actor donated $15,000 to an organization fighting child marriage. The model had called out the Seinfeld star for an inappropriate 2012 sketch on Funny or Die, in which he groped her and 'rubbed his phone across my breasts' when she was just 17.

Following public backlash, Alexander apologized and pledged to support Unchained At Last, a nonprofit working to end child marriage in the U.S. Stodden, who herself married 51-year-old Doug Hutchison at age 16, urged him to back his words with action. He did: his rep confirmed the donation.

On Instagram, Stodden wrote: 'I was grateful to learn Jason Alexander sent a beautiful gift to Unchained at Last. I want to sincerely thank him for choosing to turn words into action. Accountability isn’t about public punishment—it’s about taking meaningful steps that can help create change.'

She added: 'My hope has always been bigger than my own story. If difficult conversations can lead to real support for organizations protecting children and ending child marriage, then something positive can come from something deeply painful.' Stodden encouraged others to donate as well, saying, 'Don’t just witness accountability—be part of it.'
