Dorit Kemsley Accuses Ex PK of Trying to 'Evict' Their Kids While Splurging on Hermès and Travel
Reality TV star Dorit Kemsley from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has filed court documents accusing her estranged husband PK Kemsley of refusing to pay the mortgage on the home where she lives with their children, claiming he is creating a "manufactured" emergency to force a sale.
Dorit's attorney, Samantha Spector, submitted papers denying PK's allegations that she has been overspending on designer clothes while ignoring mortgage payments. According to Dorit, PK agreed to cover the mortgage and other expenses after moving out in May 2024, in lieu of formal child support, but failed to keep his promise.
Dorit says she only learned the mortgage wasn't being paid when foreclosure notices arrived. She believes PK earns $2 million annually, has additional income outside the U.S., and holds over $400,000 in bank accounts. "The law was never intended to permit the sleight of hand that PK is weaponizing to render his wife and children homeless," her filing states.
In the documents, Dorit paints PK as a "runaway" spender, pointing to $756,000 he spent over several months on personal expenses: $360,000 on travel, $55,000 on clothing (including Hermès and other luxury stores), $75,000 on dining, $160,000 via Venmo and Zelle, and $103,000 in cash withdrawals.
Dorit asks the court to deny PK's request to immediately sell the home, insisting he should use his funds to bring the mortgage current so she and the kids don't have to move. She is seeking $21,000 per month in child support, $22,000 per month in spousal support, $347,000 in retroactive support, and $40,000 in sanctions against PK for his behavior.
Addressing her own clothing expenses, Dorit explained she buys outfits for filming "RHOBH." She spent $217,000 for Season 13 and $500,000 on previous seasons, totaling about $713,000 over 26 months. She noted that many items are returned if they don't fit or are unsuitable. Her attorney added, "Rather, his financial struggles are invoked only when he is asked to support his wife and dependent children... the purported financial emergency is not the product of financial necessity, but rather of PK’s own decision-making."
Dorit filed for divorce from PK in April 2025, and the couple has been in court for months. PK previously claimed Dorit spent $1 million on luxury clothes and travel while not paying the mortgage on their L.A. mansion. He moved out and says he paid bills for a while but now wants Dorit to contribute. The home is reportedly close to foreclosure auction.
