Jelly Roll is struggling to stick to his diet following his divorce from Bunnie Xo. In a candid YouTube video shared on Saturday, the country star opened up about a recent episode of stress eating. 'I've been overeating for the last three or four days. I felt myself stress eating, and then the addict in me came out,' he confessed.

The singer revealed that it all started with a seemingly innocent dessert at a catering event. 'They had a dairy-free skillet cookie. I don't eat that stuff. I'm like a drug addict—if I eat one, I eat two, then four.' Later, he hit a taco truck for peanut butter fluff and ended up searching for a chocolate bar at a rest stop. 'Next thing I know, I've consumed 2,000 extra calories without even seeing it coming,' he said.

Jelly Roll has lost over 300 pounds in recent years, but he admits that one slip-up could lead to a week-long food binge. He compared his relationship with food to his past struggles with addiction: 'People say, "One cheat meal is fine." But for me, it might turn into a five-day food bender.' He emphasized that he has to be extremely vigilant because even a taste of unhealthy food is like 'a taste of blood.'

The 'Save Me' singer also noted that the same applies to healthy foods. 'Put a bowl of strawberries in front of me, and I'll eat the whole bowl. I have to take a few and put the bowl away, or not eat them at all.' He explained that his eating habits are tied to deeper mental health issues, saying, 'You don't become that size without a mental health issue.'

Despite the divorce, Jelly and Bunnie remain on good terms. However, Bunnie was recently spotted kissing 24-year-old reality star Dylan Wolf at Jelly's Nashville bar. Meanwhile, Bunnie revealed on her podcast that she lost 20 pounds amid the split because she 'wasn't eating or drinking.' Fans hope both can find their way back to a healthy path.
