Ketsi Hottle, the mother of late actress Kaylee Hottle, has posted a tearful tribute following her daughter's tragic death. The 18-year-old deaf star, best known for playing Jia in the Godzilla franchise, was the sole fatality in a devastating car accident.

In a four-minute Instagram video shared Tuesday, Ketsi, crying, communicates with fans in American Sign Language. The caption reads: 'Privilege to be your mom, Kaylee Hottle.'
