Footage of Milania Giudice's arrest has surfaced, showing Teresa Giudice's 20-year-old daughter laughing as she's placed in a police car. In May, Milania was busted for simple assault after her sister Gabriella called the cops, claiming Milania was 'acting erratically' and 'throwing things' at their mom's house. A judge later revealed Milania allegedly punched a victim with initials 'LR' in the head, causing redness on the forehead.

The dash cam video, obtained by Page Six from the Montville Police Department, shows a handcuffed Milania being put into the back of a patrol car. She scoffs at an officer buckling her seatbelt, then looks toward the open door, laughs, and smiles as she faces forward. During the ride to the station, she sits quietly before being booked on the assault charge.

Milania seems unfazed by the arrest, but she might want to take it seriously. If convicted, she faces up to 6 months in jail, probation, and over $500 in fines. She has pleaded not guilty, and the case is ongoing.
