NFL Star Calais Campbell's Brother Charged with Mother's Murder: 911 Audio Reveals
The family of NFL star Calais Campbell is devastated after his brother was charged with murdering their mother. Newly released 911 audio reveals a family member telling the operator that the suspect is mentally ill and diagnosed with schizophrenia.
In the recording, a man identified as Mr. Campbell asks the dispatcher to send police to a house in Atlanta's upscale Buckhead neighborhood to check on his mother, Nateal Campbell. The caller explains that his brother, Ciarre Campbell, suffers from schizophrenia and lives with their mother.

Ciarre is now in Fulton County jail, charged with murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm or knife. The motive and details of the attack have not been released by Atlanta police.
The tragedy has shocked the football community. Campbell, a defensive end for the Baltimore Ravens, is now dealing with this personal loss. Fans and teammates have offered condolences, hoping for justice.
