Over the weekend, Nicole was spotted on a lavish trip to Portofino, Italy, but she wasn't alone. Her companion was a surprising figure: private equity investor Michael Reinstein.

In photos obtained by Page Six, Nicole is seen wearing a silky tank top and matching skirt while chatting with the businessman on the balcony of her luxury hotel room. The Regent founder wore a navy polo, sunglasses, and shorts, smiling broadly as he talked to the Big Little Lies star.
