Taylor Frankie Paul, star of reality show 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives', is at the center of a custody battle. A Utah judge has ordered her to undergo drug and alcohol testing to regain unsupervised parenting time with her children.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, if the tests come back clean, Taylor Frankie Paul will be allowed to spend time with her kids without supervision. A positive test for any unprescribed drugs or alcohol would keep her visits supervised.

The ruling partially grants ex-husband Tate Paul's request to reconsider an earlier decision denying his temporary restraining order that would change custody of their two children, Indy and Ocean.

Tate Paul submitted text messages and other materials he claimed raised concerns about Taylor's recent treatment and ability to safely parent. The judge rejected several claims for lack of evidence but ordered Taylor to provide treatment records if requested by child services.

If Taylor's tests are clean, she regains unsupervised parenting time. Otherwise, supervised visits continue and a hearing on the TRO will be held.

Sources close to Taylor say these attacks show the lengths her ex will go to abuse the system, calling her a survivor who will overcome this. They note the judge's original ruling denying the TRO spoke volumes, as Taylor had just had the kids for a week.
